Amaya wants to give more option to Full Tilt Poker player

Amaya and The Rational Group, the company that operates the PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker brand and which was acquired in June by Amaya, have entered into a license agreement that should allow Amaya to integrate the platform's Full Tilt Casino Platform Gaming System. The latter includes casino games online and mobile.

This agreement is a separate agreement than the agreement on the acquisition of The Rational Amaya Group, the company that operates the brands PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker.

According to their recent press release: "The Rational Group will immediately improve the range of slot machines available online, thanks to Casino Gaming System Amaya, which will further develop in the future additional pipeline products from Amaya."

Dated July 21, Amaya Gaming Group Inc. ("Amaya") (TSX: AYA), an entertainment solutions provider for the regulated gaming industry, is pleased to announce that a selection of its online casino games have been launched on Full Tilt Poker ("Full Tilt") to bolster the site's expansion into casino gaming.

Amaya and Rational Group have entered into a licensing agreement (the "Agreement") under which Amaya has integrated its Casino Gaming System platform, which includes a library of online and mobile casino games including branded content, onto Full Tilt's platform. The Agreement is separate from the previously announced acquisition by Amaya of Rational Group.

While Full Tilt launches online casinos, other sites offer online casinos in a new way - the online casinos, but with real dealer casino option which makes blackjack and baccarat more interesting to play. Thus, adding a little human side of the casinos and eliminating the complaint of playing on online casinos which are static.

These games are accessible via any PC, mobile or tablet. A hybrid of live games and online games is maybe the future of online gambling?
