This Nintendo YouTube Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Nintendo of America Inc. located at 4600 150th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052 (“Sponsor”) and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are age 13 or older and not an employee of Sponsor. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Contest starts at 11:30 AM PT on June 9, 2015, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on June 11, 2015 (the “Contest Period”). To enter, tweet your favorite moment or video from the Nintendo YouTube channel. Sponsor will randomly select 25 winners who will receive a $20 Nintendo eShop card. ($20 MSRP). Each prize winner will be notified by Twitter Direct Message on or about June 12, 2015. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within ten (10) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. All Nintendo employees and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Contest. Eligibility will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
