Google launches registration domain names services

Google has evolved over the years and again yesterday, we learned that the global giant still extended its tentacles into domain names. Google launched in Beta Google Domains, a service that handles to register names of domains (e.g. www.pokercollectif.com). For now, the service is reserved for people who have an invitation code, but very soon, the public may have access.

It should be noted that Google does the registration  but not the hosting. However, Google has partnered with Squarespace, Wix, Weebly and Shopify to offer this option.

The speed should be an asset if we stick to the words of Google. The DNS offered by default will be those of Google that should be a little faster than other servers access.

You can already visit the beta Google domains today.
