PartyPoker separates winning players of the losers.

The poker ecosystem is fragile. Some years ago, while regulars arrive to play more and more tables and that recruitment of casual players has greatly slowed, online poker rooms are implementing various systems to protect fish.

In the case of PartyPoker, they already had their tables "of welcome' where only new players could participate.  But since the last update of the PartyPoker software, some players have begun to complain that there was less traffic than before and that recreational players were almost absent from their tables.
