PokerStars and Full Tilt are their domain name

Money
Good news for Americans who have funds on Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars. Recently, we learned that the two giants of online poker have recovered their .com domain name.

This measure would have taken so US players can withdraw their funds on the sites. This measure is not intended to re - welcome the Americans on the tables. To this day, they still lack the right to play on these sites.

Full Tilt and PokerStars continues to operate today as it was the case before Black Friday, with the exception that they do not accept players from the USA.

According to the official release of the Department of justice US (you can read it here)," the Office expects that companies make the money US players have entrusted to them, and we will work with the poker companies to facilitate the return of the funds for players, as evidenced by the agreements today with PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker '.

It be possible to make a withdrawal, obviously, it will be impossible for an American to make a deposit. The press release also indicates that money from the players was never in danger or frozen. For the time being. the sites have resumed the .com, but still have no legal means to send money to the players. Discussions are underway to find a solution.

Important thing to note: the agreement specifies that the action concerns only the legality of their activities in the United States. In other words, these agreements cannot prohibit PokerStars or Full Tilt Poker continue to offer parts in real money to other countries.

For players who had funds at Absolute Poker, we learn that 'the Government could enter into the same kind of agreement with Absolute Poker if she wants'.
