Here is the summary of June 14 to the WSOP 2011.

Event #20 (No-Limit Hold'Em $ 1000)-a 21st place for Jason 'Jayggins' Hallee.
There were only 26 players at the beginning of the day #3. Among these, the PokerCollectif Member 'Jayggins' (Jason Hallée) started the day in 16th position.
Things were nevertheless very quickly at the beginning of day. Are made by less than 7 players eliminate in the first hour of play. Unfortunately, Jason Hallée was one of them. In early position, it relaunched to 26,000 and the two players in the blinds have called upgrading. The flop, Td - 9 d - 4s, brought a draw to the color for the Kd - 7 d of Hallée. The SB has'm donkbet the flop and Hallée pushed all in. After a few minutes, the SB has decided to call the relaunch of Jayggins with Qs - Ts. Unfortunately for Hallée, he was not able to hit one of his 12 outs... He thus finished in 21st place and won $ 14 116 for his performance.

Event #21 (Seven Card Stud Championship $ 10,000) - Triple Crown for Bertrand 'Elky' Grospellier.
Ten days ago, Jake Cody became the 3rd owner of a triple Crown (a triple Crown is a player who managed to win a title in three major tournaments: EFA, the WPT and WSOP). It took only a few days to know the 4th player to emulate Gavin Griffin, Roland de Wolfe, and Jake Cody: french Bertrand 'Elky' Grospellier. He won his first WSOP bracelet after winning an event of the EPT in 2008 and a title of WPT (in 2008).
Elky performance is all the more impressive since he managed to peak monstrous advance that his opponent, Steve Landfish, had on him. At some point in the headsup, Elky had fewer than 200,000 chips while the blinds were 50 000 / 100 000. His opponent had, at that time, a carpet of 25 times higher than that of Elky. With a few double-up, he managed to take the lead, eliminate his opponent and write a page of history.
In addition to these honors, Bertrand Grospellier WINS $ 331 639 for his performance.

Event #22 (Pot-Limit Omaha $ 1500) - Finland's Juha Vikki maintains the lead.
The leader of the day #1 to simply continue its domination and is found, even today, at the head of the #22 event. Vikki ended the day with almost double the token on his closest pursuer.
The action will resume today. Yesterday was therefore very interesting for the french, while they will again have the opportunity to raise a bracelet with the presence of Elie Payan in the 5th position.

Event #23 (Eight Games mix at $ 2500) - Miguel Proulx and Guillaume Rivet out!
Miguel Proulx (Mig) and Guillaume Rivet (SixZeros) were still in contention at the beginning of the second day of this joint event. Unfortunately for them, the day ended abrutement and none of them has been able to achieve awards.
There are only 25 players, and this is John Racener (runner-up of the main event at the 2010 WSOP, lost against Jonathan Duhamel) who is the leader. John Juanda, winner of a bracelet earlier this year, will have the opportunity to repeat his feat as it is at the moment in 9th position.

Event #24 (No-Limit Hold'Em Shootout $ 5000)-Jean-François Talbot won his match
A dozen Quebecois have join the shootout event. This is the case of François billiard, Erik Cajelais, Rock Cloutier, Jonathan Driscoll (Da_Engineer), Jonathan Duhamel (Poker_John), Shawn Hattem, Marc-Étienne McLaughlin (General Irish), William Molson, René Angelil and Jean-François Talbot (2easy).
Only Jean - François Talbot was able to win on his table and spend the day #2. They ' also pay $ 13,368.
The action will resume today while there are only 40 players. The day will end when it was the 10 players who will constitute the final table. Good luck to JF Talbot!

Event #25 (Seven Card Stud Hi - Low 8-or-better)-Jonathan Duhamel passes the updated #2.
Only three Quebecers took part in the event of Seven Card Stud Hi - Low 8-or-better: André Boyer, his wife Odette Tremblay, as well as Jonathan Duhamel.

While the couple André Boyer / Odette Tremblay was unable to survive the day #1, it was otherwise for Jonathan Duhamel. He finds himself similarly with a very small rug, the 160th ranks on the 172 remaining players. It will have to climb into the top 56 to ensure at least $ 3051.
