42 players were returning, including Gavin Smith in mind. Unfortunately for the latter, he was not able to reach the final table, being eliminated in 12th place.

France, for its part, again had an opportunity to have a bracelet with the presence of Selim Okterina on the final table. The latter however was the latest victim of the day, finishing in fourth place.

For the moment, there are only 3 players: Americans Andy Philachak and Nemer Haddad (practically at tied for 2nd and 3rd place), and Swedish Hasan Anter in head (who finished the day with 55% of the total chips). The action will resume tomorrow at 2.30 p.m. Las Vegas time.

Event #57-Pot - Limit Omaha 8-or-better $ 5000 - a duel to finish between Bach and Binger
It was expected to be able to finish this tournament yesterday, while only 25 players were back. Despite the fact that they were no longer as David Bach and Nick Binger while it still remained from 2:30 to play, nobody has been able to get winning.
David Bach, who won a bracelet in the $ 50,000 in 2009 players Championship in 2009, is for the moment a little more than 2 m in chips. on the side of Nick Binger, it will attempt to win his first bracelet while he is in the lead with a little less than 3.2 m in chips.

The players will return tomorrow at 4 p.m., Vegas, to determine the winner. The other players eliminated yesterday, include the presence of Phil Laak (4th) and Nick Schulman (7th) on the final table.

Main event of the World Series of Poker 2011: day 1A

Participation in tournaments for the WSOP so far had risen at most of the tournaments. Could therefore be expected that participation in the main event is also on the rise. Yet only 897 players have registered for the day 1 has, unlike 1125 entries last year.

Black Friday would begin to feel its effect? Is that the low turnout in the day 1 has portends...

Among the 897 listings, many players of the Québec delegation were present to defend the title of Jonathan Duhamel. Thus, Alexandre Baron, Denis Bergeron, Rudy 'rudyboy' Blondeau, Philippe Bouchard, André Boyer, Roch Cousineau, Jonathan 'Da_Engineer' Driscoll, Sean Grover, Kyle Jackson, Jean-Christophe 'jcstpierre' St-Pierre and Jean-François Talbot were all involved in this first day of hostility.

With 327 eliminations yesterday, many Quebecers have fallen, so that there is only:
Sean Grover - 94th
Philippe Bouchard - 98th
Kyle Jackson - 204e
Jean-Christophe St-Pierre – 350th
Rudy Blondeau - 452nd
Jean-François Talbot - 495th

Doyle Brunson, who had announced that he would not take part in the main event, was the one who announced the "Shuffle up and deal" agenda 1... to finally take a seat at the televised table in order to play the tournament. His bluff he will have nevertheless not been profitable, since he was one of the players eliminated from the day. The champions of the Main wind, Jerry Yang (2007), Greg Raymer (2004) and Johnny Chan (1987 and 1988) also saw their tournament ended quickly yesterday.

For the moment, it is American Fred Berger, which stands atop with 209,000 chips; He is the only player who has reached the 200,000 chips bar yesterday.
