Here is the summary and the results of June 4 at the WSOP 2012

Event #6 – No - Limit Hold'Em Mixed Max $ 5000: the French Aubin Cazals eliminated Joseph Cheong and wins a first bracelet.
The two finalists were back to take action for a fifth day. Aubin Cazals, who had previously defeated Marek Mirzikinian in nine hours of play, has again demonstrated that he was ready for an another marathon. This time, for many hours, the players did that exchanging some chips while none of the players has really conceded the advantage to his opponent. After six hours of play, Joseph Cheong has recurred in the image of what the had eliminated in 3rd position in the main event of 2010 (where he had 6 - bet with his A7o against the Duhamel QQ). This time, Cheong has recurred with a 6bet with a pair of four, to General surprise, while his opponent called without hesitation with his pair of Kings. A King on the flop came swiftly put an end to the hopes of Cheong won a first WSOP bracelet. He harvested however $ 296 956 for his performance.

The French Aubin Cazals won his first bracelet – and the first french bracelet of the 2012 edition - in addition to getting $ 480 564. A few days before his departure for the WSOP, he gave an interview to Club Poker where he spoke of his goal: reaching the final table. We can say that there's more to this goal!

Event #9 – No - Limit Hold'em $ 1500: great day for Jonathan Duhamel
The players were back for this 2nd day of hostility, while players tried to reach the first 342 positions to reach scholarships. Among them, two Quebecers were back: Michael Gabrial and Jonathan Duhamel.

Michael Gabrial started from the middle of the Pack at 246th row. He finally bowed just after the bursting of the bubble in the 336th position. He won $ 2895 for his performance. Jonathan Duhamel, meanwhile, was advantageously in 30th position. The day was profitable for him, while he was able to move his stack of 65,700 tokens to 840,000 chips, temporarily placing it 5th.

The American Brian Rast is ranked first with a little less than a million and a half in chips. He is followed by his compatriots Ryan Olisar and Scott Seiver, both slightly above the bar of the 1 000 000.

While there are 33 players, survivors will be to return at 4 p.m., Quebec. All are already assured of a minimum of $ 18,000, while the winner put the hand on a $ 781 398 and a prestigious world series bracelet. Good luck to Jonathan Duhamel in his quest for a second bracelet.

Event #10 - Seven Card Stud $ 5000: Jeff Lisandro at the top.
After a rather slow start on the first day of this Stud tournament where barely one-third of the participants have been eliminated, the action took place much more quickly in this second day while antes began to increase rather rapidly.

After this second day of clashes, it is the player of the year of 2009, Jeff Lisandro, who finds himself on an interim basis in head with a stack of 276 500 chips. With three bracelets in Stud won in 2009, it is by far the favourite to win this tournament.

All did not have the same chance. Steve Landfish (2nd in the same tournament last year) will be very badly started the day while he slept a little too long... He finally appeared at his table more than two thirty hours after the start of the day. His carpet was then increased from 31, 22, 100,000 in chips. Finally, it would have been better to remain lying down, while barely 30 minutes later, he was eliminated by Todd Barlow.

It was a day to forget for the finalists of last year. Bertrand 'Elky' Grospellier, winner of the same tournament last year, has not been able to do much during the day. A little after the awakening of Landfish, Elky was eliminate after a good time shortstack.

The action will resume today while the bubble has just burst and that there are only 16 players. Among them, we find Nick Schulman (16th position - 14 000 chips), Mike Sexton (14th position - 62 000 chips), Cyndy Violette (12th position - 88 000 chips), Perry Friedman (8th position - 160 500 chips), John Monnette (3rd position - 188 000) and Eugene Katchalov (2nd position - 207 000 chips).

Event #11 – Pot - Limit Omaha $ 1500: good performance of Martin Leclerc
Pot-Limit Omaha tournament at $ 1500 had a start to the less expeditious yesterday. 970 participants, the day ended with only 117 and already, the bubble exploded. Survivors are therefore already assured to get your hands on $ 2488. Among the participants, there were nine Quebecers, is: Jeremy Adler, Philippe Boucher, Erik Cajelais, Adam Coviensky, Geoffrey Grover, Sean Grover, Martin Leclerc, Jianhua Li and Miguel Proulx.

Only Martin Leclerc was able to end the day and reach paid places. He is also good, in seizing on an interim basis the 16th place with its 64 800 chips.

The action will resume today, while the American Charles Tonnes currently has a good ahead of his closest pursuer (191,700 tokens, then the second player in the standings has 134 000).

To watch today:
-The performance of Jonathan Duhamel at the #9 tournament, while conveniently contained in 5th place with 33 players remaining.
-The conclusion of the #10 tournament, where several familiar faces are likely to reach the final table.
-The performance of Martin Leclerc in Pot-Limit Omaha.
