The reasons? They continue: "Between the signing of the contract 8 March 2011 and today, the combined losses are losses of income and increased spending, are of the order of several hundred thousand dollars and not $ 35,000. "

It goes even further by accusing Loto-Québec of stealing the list of its members.

According Loto-Québec, these accusations are far-fetched. She commented: "not only claims the defendants are they false, misleading and ordered in order to harm, but they carried [...] the reputation."

Dated July 15, LTPQ issued a press release announcing that it had received a notice from the lawyers of Loto-Québec. This notice summoned LTPQ to withdraw his statement posted on their website on July 14. In this release, the LTPQ threw accused them against Loto-Québec (charges mentioned above). To meet Loto-Québec and the recommendation of counsel LTPQ, the league has decided to withdraw his statement.

Following these charges, Loto-Québec has filed a lawsuit in Superior Court of $ 175,000 against the league and André Boyer attack the image and reputation. After this lawsuit, LTPQ had no choice but to suspend its activities. LTPQ commented: "Following this further Loto-Québec was served us July 6, 2011, we have no alternative but to suspend all activities of the league from today 14 July pending settlement of this lawsuit. "

It is somewhat rash to institute proceedings at first exaggerated view of $ 5M against Loto-Québec will have all the weapons to defend themselves. Pierre Martel and André Boyer saw, according to them, their bullied on chat Quebec reputation. Several accused them of having squandered the money of members. Our two protagonists also raise the point that the forums in which their reputation has been tarnished are mostly sponsored by Loto-Québec.
