Yet this story making chat. We had mentioned the week that this story would be more complicated than expected. For more detail on this story, read here:

Today, another twist to this case: Lock Poker sued against José Macedo. This is at least what Eric Lynch wrote in a post on Twoplustwo: "Lock Poker is currently legal proceedings against José Macedo." We are therefore unable to make any comment at the moment."

A little further, he adds: "we are aware that our silence could lead people to draw certain conclusions, but what has happened is totally contrary to our philosophy."

José Macedo had been excluded in life of the poker room he represented after being accused of multi-accounting, chipdumping and fraud of several thousands of dollars. Haseeb Qureshi also admitted having "ANVAR" several stacks at the hands of Macedo pseudonym "SamChauhan" at Lock Poker challenge.

In his usual, PokerCollectif will follow the details of this lawsuit very closely. As soon as new details become available, we will make you aware.
