PokerStars is a part of the frozen funds

bank
PokerStars recently reached an agreement with the Department of the American Justice (DoJ). Result? This agreement allowed to unlock a substantial amount frozen on account of the Bank Hapoalim to the Luxembourg (it is noted that the Bank had ties with Sphene International, a company's payments of PokerStars).

This account was used in the process of deposits and payments to players. No information was given on the sum in question, but this is still good news. According to some sources, it would remain to this day a few 5, $5M would still frozen. This money would be blocked in two Swiss 'Sphene' and "Crédit Agricole"-related bank accounts.

The recovered funds will be used to repay a portion of the Americans who had money frozen on PokerStars since April 15. Multiple accounts are all the same still under seizure.

It is encouraging news for the future of things. Wish that Full Tilt Poker (of which the hearing is scheduled for September 19) will be also good news to us.

We retain this new DoJ seems to want to cooperate with the online poker rooms and shows us (all the same), some good faith.

Any other additional details in this case you will be informed as quickly as possible.
