It is at least that says an article published on PokerActu. Legend or reality? According to an article published on this site, Laurent Tapie would have recently announced that the resumption of Full Tilt Poker should have place in a few weeks, either to the beginning of the year 2012. However, last month, he announced that FTP did not have license to operate and that a licence could take up to 6 months.

Reimbursement of players

As a reminder, it should be noted that the U.S. justice department will handle reimbursement of American players through the many funds that it has before it. Also note that an agreement has been made between justice American and the Group Bernard Tapie who made sure the DoJ will not continue Full Tilt Poker, which will obviously facilitate things for everyone.

Rumors also want that a licence application has already been made with the Agency of Regulation of online games in France to carry out their operations. According to the latest information, Full Tilt Poker is still not valid license to operate legally. In this regard, Laurent Tapie had already commented in an interview with the JournalduNet at the beginning of October:

"We will apply for a licence for the part online in the coming weeks. We have time, because a licence in the United Kingdom does not take more than six months. For now it is not our priority, so there is no suspense about the fact that we will get one. For the physical licence, we are moving a partnership with an operator licensed physical in England. We are discussing with several players in the industry, but we are already very advanced negotiations with one of them."

The Bernard Tapie group indeed intends to repay all players, even if the method of payment is still undetermined.
