The toilet; a popular place to play poker on mobile!

Where do you play poker? Betfair has conducted research in New Jersey to determine where players who play poker on their mobile devices play. The answers might surprise you.

According to the study carried out by the Betfair casinoin New Jersey, people have great difficulty in releasing their phones when they are in the middle of a poker game.

According to the results of the study, here are the places where players have already said have played. The players in question are aged residents from 21 to 58 years.

-42% of respondents have already played while they were in the toilet
-39% in bed, with their partner
-3% in the bath
-41% in transport
-47% at work
-31% during a meal
-13% at the gym
-5% to the Church or place of worship

Players on their mobile device can therefore be anywhere. The regulars at PokerStars tables know that lately, when a player is playing on their mobile device, there is a small icon next to its name to inform us. Given that players on their mobile device are not always in the best provisions to focus on their hands (that this small study leaves us to think), several have seen a "fishs detector". It has nothing of scientific, but the average level of players on their mobile device is lower than the grinder who plays 12 tables with software that will help its decision-making. It would have been interesting to learn the percentage of time that the players who play on mobile spend playing in ideal conditions, in other words, sitting calmly in a Chair to focus on their hands. Fortunately, it is possible to hide this notice through the lobby of the software.

Your side, have you ever played poker at the Church? What is the strangest you played poker?
