The application of Gowen against Full Tilt Poker is rejected

A district court of the United States rejected the request of Cycalona "Clonie" Gowan against Full Tilt Poker and a famous group of poker players. The query that is initiated by Gowen in November 2008 had 13 members of Team Full Tilt Poker and Tiltware LLC as defendants. All actions except one was rejected, which means that Gowen cannot present new query against these players for the same reasons.

In its original submission, Gowen was 1% of the shares of Full Tilt, more damage which, according to his lawyer, amounted to $ 40 million when the request has been fulfilled. Gowan alleged oral contract for its defence. According to her, she would have been victim of unjust on its image enrichment and fraud, which was rejected by the magistrate Robert J. Johnston last week.

Johnston also rejected a motion pending dating back to April 30, leaving only to Gowen the option of wearing his case on appeal. The 12 pros released this query are Andy Bloch, Phil Ivey, Chris Ferguson, John Juanda, Phil Gordon, Erick Lindgren, Erik Seidel, Jennifer Harman-Traniello, Mike Matusow, Allen Cunningham, Gus Hansen and Patrik Antonius. A new application will be may made against Howard Lederer and Ray Bitar, owner of Tiltware LLC and Tiltware LLC, but no detail was given on this query.
